建国初期劳动教育的兴起与上海的地方性实践

    The Rise of PRC Labor Education and Grass-roots Practice in Shanghai

    • 摘要: 1949年后,中国中小学教育迅速取得了令人瞩目的成绩,但同时也暴露出教育发展不均衡等问题。在中国教育部的指导下,上海市教育部门妥善处理了“1953年升学危机”。危机过后,教训变为经验。小学、初中教育在“过剩”与“发展”的矛盾中继续前行,毕业生的持续过剩推动劳动教育从理念走向实践。无论是在全国范围内还是上海地方,劳动教育与宣传动员的范围均在逐步扩大,而劳动教育在实践层面也步入常态化。

       

      Abstract: After the founding of PRC,primary and secondary education quickly made remarkable achievements,but the disequilibrium in education development was also exposed. Under the guidance of the Ministry of Education,the education department of Shanghai Municipality properly handled the "1953 enrolment crisis". After the crisis,the lessons became experience. Primary and secondary education continued to move forward in the contradictions between "surplus" and "development". The continued surplus of graduates promoted the transformation of "labor education" from concept to practice. No matter at the national level or in Shanghai, the range of labor education and propaganda was expanding. Labor education became normalized at the practical level.
