Abstract:
The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is a key way to promote sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening at higher levels and accelerate the formation of new quality productivity. Compared with the traditional productivity, the new quality productivity has the characteristics of high-tech, high-efficiency and high-quality, which put forward higher requirements for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Existing research shows that the current transformation of scientific and technological achievements is still characterized by fewer high-quality innovations, unclear market orientation and other problems, making it difficult to meet the real needs of high-quality development.Therefore, there is an urgent need to explore new models and mechanisms for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to accelerate the development of new quality productivity. Based on the new development stage, this study analyzed in depth the relationship between the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and new quality productivity, pointing out the logic of transformation between scientific and technological achievements and traditional productivity and new quality productivity. Since original and disruptive scientific and technological achievements are the key sources for the formation of new quality productivity,this study focuses on original and disruptive scientific and technological achievements. Based on the theory of a new type of national innovation system and strategic niche management perspective, this paper systematically explained the theoretical logic and process mechanism of scientific and technological achievements transformation to accelerate the development of new quality productivity.In addition, this paper analyzed the problems faced by the transformation of scientific and technological achievements for the new quality productivity,and put forward policy suggestions such as accelerating the layout of forward-looking technologies, improving the market-oriented mechanism for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, constructing the ecology of scientific and technological achievements, and deepening the reform of the scientific research management system and mechanism, so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enhancing the effectiveness of the system for transforming scientific and technological achievements and accelerating the cultivation of new quality productivity.
