Abstract: The“Man-orientation” principle has been a common concern in collegiate education. The characters of ontemporary undergraduates drive teachers to adapt and improve their educational methods. One of the ways to improve the quality of education is to introduce the inspiration principle of Organizing Behavior Theory into the education. Through a cientific application of the four inspiring elements: goal, emotion, example and organization, teaching will become more efficient and more productive in education. However, some rules must be followed in order to put these inspiration principles into practice and virtually get students inspired.
